Introduction
Campaign Comparison is a tool that enables you to evaluate the performance of multiple email campaigns side by side. By comparing key metrics, you can identify trends and determine which elements of your campaigns are most effective. The results page includes both visual and quantitative data, making it easy to analyze and optimize your campaigns for better engagement.
How to access Campaign Comparison
You can access the Campaign Comparison feature through two main paths:
- From the menu: Navigate to Campaigns → Compare Campaigns.
2. From the ‘Overview’ tab: Found in your Campaign Statistics section.
Using Campaign Comparison
On the Campaign Comparison page, select up to 10 campaigns to compare simultaneously. Once your campaigns are selected, click ‘Compare campaigns’.
Campaign Comparison results
The results are displayed in two formats: a graph and a table. These tools help you identify what aspects of your campaigns performed well with your audience.
- Graph results: The graph provides a visual representation of campaign performance over time. Hover over any point to see a detailed popup displaying the elapsed time and KPIs for each campaign.
Note: Graph updates occur for 7 days after the first email is sent. After this period, the graph remains static.
- Table results: The table displays the lifetime metrics for each campaign. Metrics include both percentages and absolute values, which are updated continuously. You can sort the table by campaign name, date, or metric using the sorting arrows in the column headers.
To view the full statistics for a campaign, simply click on the campaign name from the table.
