If the credit card used on your account expires less than a month before the scheduled payment, our system will automatically reject the charge.
Our system will continue to try to process the payment for 3 days, but unless you add a valid payment method, your card will continue to be rejected. If this happens, you will be either downgraded to a free plan or blocked (if you have extra-credits).
Please note that when adding a new credit card, our platform will not accept cards with an expiry date that is less than 2 months away.
