This is most commonly associated with an abusive sender who negatively impacted the reputation of one of our shared IPs prior to Mailjet terminating their account.
While we never want any of our IPs here at Mailjet to end up on a blacklist, it is important to note that such a listing doesn't necessarily mean a negative impact on your emails, and that this is something that happens with the shared pools of all providers.
