This is most commonly associated with an abusive sender who negatively impacted the reputation of one of our shared IPs prior to Mailjet terminating their account.
While we never want any of our IPs here at Mailjet to end up on a blacklist, it is important to note that such a listing doesn't necessarily mean a negative impact on your emails, and that this is something that happens with the shared pools of all providers.
Is the blacklisting causing any deliverability issues (bounced messages, spam foldering, etc)?
Please send the following details to email@example.com:
- Subject: Blacklisted IP
- Email Body:
- IP address:
- Issue Description:
Example: Bounces due to blacklisting (we need a few examples of affected recipients and the bounce error) or spam foldering (few examples and the headers of the email, if possible)
Please monitor your sendings and contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the above information in case of negative changes in your deliverability.
