Yes, you can create a customized tracking link to change the way links are displayed in your emails!
Currently, the tracking links in the emails sent from Mailjet have this format:
But you can create a customized tracking link for your domain:
A customized link looks more attractive and will help improve your deliverability.
Before you can get started, your sender domain needs to be verified by Mailjet. If you haven’t verified your sender domain, please do this now by going to your Sender Addresses page.
Go to Account settings → API Key management (Primary and Sub-account).
In the example below, the CNAME record was created at BlueHost.com:
Host Record (Subdomain Name): go
Points to: r.mailjet.com
It is recommended to keep the subdomain name short; for example: go, redir, r, links.
After you have created your CNAME record, enter your subdomain name and select the domain on the screen below. Then click ‘Update’ to continue.
In order to utilize HTTPS, you'll need to ensure your CNAME record is pointing to t.mailjet.com.
Once your customized tracking link and CNAME record are in place, on the same page you'll notice a dropdown for HTTP/HTTPS:
Choose HTTPS from the dropdown. If you wish to update the URLs for images previously uploaded in your templates, ensure that the checkbox is checked and then click Update. Keep in mind that this will not change existing URLs for campaigns, and this may take some time to update, be sure to not navigate away from the page to ensure this process completes. Give it a few moments to complete and then you're all set!

If you received a message that your entry is missing, it means you may have added the information incorrectly or your CNAME record needs more time to propagate. Please double-check your values, and contact our Support Team for assistance.
