In addition to credit card payments, Mailjet also accepts payment via Wire Transfer and Direct Debit.
Wire Transfer
You can subscribe to a prepaid account with a minimum deposit of 50 USD/EUR/GBP. Your monthly renewal fee will be deducted from your prepaid account.
SEPA Direct Debit
SEPA Direct Debit payment is only available for the following countries:
France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Portugal, Austria, Ireland.
Important Information
- Cheque Payments: We do not accept payment by cheque.
- Annual Billing Subscriptions: These can be purchased using a credit card or SEPA Direct Debit.
How to Subscribe to a Paid Plan
To subscribe to one of our paid plans, select a payment method first. Go to My Account → Manage your payment methods.
For this example, we will choose the Wire Transfer (Prepaid Deposit) method. Click on ‘Make a new Deposit'.
Select the desired deposit amount and click ‘Next step’ to go to the confirmation screen.
Review the deposit information, and click ‘Confirm’.
Excellent, your purchase order has been created!
The final step is to send your payment as per the instructions on the screen. And please remember to specify your unique Reference number.
Once your payment has been received, the Purchase Order will be validated and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
You can also download your order form in PDF format. Note: this is not an invoice; an invoice will be generated each month once your subscription has been deducted from the pre-paid account.
If you wish to cancel this purchase order, simply click ‘Cancel Order’.
