There are several ways to create your own template: 1) while designing your campaign in Passport, 2) from a previously sent campaign, or 3) copying an existing template.
1) While designing your campaign in Passport, click on Save as a template.
You can then save your campaign as a new template or you can update an existing template.
Once your template is saved, it will be added to ‘My Marketing Templates’ in the gallery where you can easily select it for future campaigns.
2) You can also create a template from a previously sent campaign. Simply duplicate the sent campaign….
Then open the newly duplicated campaign in Passport and save it as a template.
3) Another way to create a campaign template is to duplicate an existing template. From the Campaigns page, click ‘My Templates’....
Then click ‘Create a new template’ button.
Then click ‘Use a template from gallery’ and select a template. Enter your new template name and click ‘Use this template’.
Enter the Email & Sender details, and then modify the template with Passport. Once you are happy with your new template, click ‘Save & Publish to gallery’.
and your new template is ready for use!
