Thanks for choosing Mailjet via Microsoft Azure for your email needs. We've been informed that Azure will discontinue their legacy Developer Services in March, and in order to continue using your Mailjet account, you will need to take a few actions. Unless you take the following steps, your Mailjet subscription via Azure will be cancelled, and your sending will stop.
Before January 25th, follow the instructions to reset the email and password to your Mailjet account so you can log into your account via mailjet.com. As long as you have reset your email and password by this date, we will migrate your Azure subscription to a Mailjet subscription. This new subscription will expire on the same date as your initial Azure subscription, and you will have the same remaining credits as your Azure subscription.
Configure Your Mailjet Login Details
Your Mailjet login email will be automatically generated as
<sub-id> is the subscription ID for your Mailjet resource.
You will need to change the login email to a real email address of yours - go into your Mailjet resource and click on ‘All settings’ → ‘Communications’
Enter your first name, last name and new email address, then ‘Save’ the information.
Configure Your Mailjet Password
Once your Mailjet resource is created, a ‘Set Password Link’ is automatically generated for it. You can find it under ‘All settings’ → ‘Properties’.
Copy the link to your clipboard and use it to open the password generation web page. Then select your new Mailjet password.
Once you have configured your Mailjet email and password, you will be able log into Mailjet from our sign-in page.
We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we bring this integration with Azure to a close. Even though these steps only take a few minutes, we recognize that it’s a small inconvenience. Should you have any questions about this or need help, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team.
Will I lose any features or need to rotate my API keys?
As long as you take the actions outlined above, you will not lose any functionality or need to update any configuration. Better yet, you'll have access to even more Mailjet features such as user management! Your API keys will also remain the same. The only notable change is that you will no longer be able to log into your account from Azure.
What will happen if I don't perform the steps above?
Any Azure subscription running after March 1st will be cancelled. You will lose your historical data, and sending will be suspended. Any remaining credit will be lost.
Will my personal data, statistics and settings be preserve after the migration ?
Yes, all your personal data, statistics and settings will be preserved after the migration.
