You can create a template in several ways: from a previous campaign or by copying an existing template.
When you create a campaign in Passport, click on 'Save as template' .
You can save a campaign as a new template or update an existing template.
Once saved, your template is added to 'My Marketing Templates' in the gallery, where you can easily select it for your future campaigns.
You can also create a template from a previous campaign . Just copy the campaign in question.
Then open the copy in Passport and save it as a template.
Finally, you can create a campaign template by copying an existing template . On the Campaign page, click on 'My templates' .
Then click 'Create new template' .
You can copy one of the templates from the template gallery. Continuing with the example, click on 'Gallery' and select the template. Enter a new name for the template and click 'Use this template' .
Enter the subject of the email and the recipient's information and modify the template in Passport. Once you have finished the changes, click on 'Save and publish in gallery' .
And your new template will be saved!
