To create a sub-account, go to Account settings → API Key management (Primary and Sub-account).
Click ’Create new sub-account (with API Key)’.
Enter a name for your new API Key name, then click ‘Create’.
And your first sub-account has been created.
In addition to the Primary API Key, all accounts come with the option to create one additional API Key (or sub-account). If you require more than one sub-account, please contact Support.
Please note that the Free and Essential plans are limited to only one sub-account. If you need more sub-accounts (up to 10), please upgrade to a Premium plan. For a custom subscription, this limit is increased to 1000 sub-accounts.
If you need more than one additional API key (available by default), please contact our support team. Each additional API key request after the first two (main + secondary) must be reviewed and approved by our compliance team after completing a questionnaire that you will receive by ticket from our support.
How to access your Sub-Account:
Once you have created a sub-account, a new drop-down menu will appear in the top right corner labeled ‘Primary API Key - Sub-account management’.
To switch to a sub-account (API Key), simply click on ‘Primary account’ and select the desired sub-account name.
To switch back to your Primary account, just click on the sub-account name in the top right corner, and select ‘Primary account’.
