How to create your SubAccount
To create a subaccount, go to Account settings → API Key management (Primary and Subaccount).
Click ’Create new subaccount (with API Key)’.
Enter a name for your new API Key name, then click ‘Create’.
And your first subaccount has been created.
How to access your SubAccount
Once you have created a subaccount, a new drop-down menu will appear in the top right corner.
To switch to a subaccount (API Key), simply click on ‘Primary account’ and select the desired subaccount name.
To switch back to your Primary account, just click on the subaccount name in the top right corner, and select ‘Primary account’.
How to Delete a Subaccount (API Key)
If you need to delete an API key (subaccount), please note that this action cannot be performed directly from your Mailjet account.
To proceed, follow the steps below:
- Open a ticket with our Support team.
- In your request, please include the name and API key of the subaccount you wish to delete.
- The request must be submitted by the owner of the main account associated with the API key. Requests from subaccounts/shared access will not be accepted.
Once verified, our team will proceed with the deletion and confirm when it’s completed.
