Closing your Mailjet account is a permanent step that will completely remove all your account information and data. If you're not quite ready to say goodbye, consider downgrading to our free plan. For assistance in downgrading, visit Mailjet subscription management: How to downgrade.
To delete your Mailjet account, follow these steps:
- Go to Account Settings.
- Click on the 'Terminate my Mailjet account' option.
- Let us know why are you are cancelling and select 'Continue'.
- Enter the password to your account and select 'Terminate'
Once confirmed, you will be redirected out of the application, and your account will be permanently deleted.
Contract Accounts: If you are on a custom subscription, the termination option will not be available. Please contact your account manager or open a support ticket for assistance.
