The length of time your data is kept depends on your plan and the type of data.
Statistics and campaigns
- On Free plans, statistics and campaigns are kept for 90 days.
- On Paid plans, statistics and campaigns are kept for 13 months.
Templates and contacts
Your templates and contacts are kept for the lifetime of your account.
What happens if you downgrade from Paid to Free?
If you downgrade from a Paid plan to a Free plan, the 90-day retention limit will apply after a 60-day grace period. After the grace period ends, any statistics and campaign data older than 90 days will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored, even if you upgrade again later.
Tip: If you are using a Free plan and want to keep older statistics, download them regularly before they expire.
