Mailjet is a global service available entirely in the cloud, which means you can access and use it from anywhere in the world!
We strive to make our platform accessible to as many people as possible, offering multiple language options for both our products and customer service.
Setting Your Preferred Language in Mailjet
With Mailjet, you have two flexible ways to set the language experience: a main account language and session-based language settings. This allows you to tailor your interface to suit individual preferences on-the-fly, making it perfect for shared accounts and international teams.
Changing the Main Account Language
To change the default language for your Mailjet account, simply:
- Go to your Account Settings page.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Select your preferred language from the drop-down menu.
- Click Save.
You can choose from the following languages for your main account setting:
- English
- French
- German
- Spanish
- Italian
- Portuguese
- Danish
- Swedish
- Dutch
Session-Based Languages
For teams or shared accounts, Mailjet now supports session-based language preferences, meaning any team member can temporarily switch the language of their interface without affecting the main account setting. This is especially useful for multilingual teams working together on campaigns. To switch the session language, look for the language selection option on the top right corner, next to the account's name (a small globe icon), as shown in the screenshot below. Make your choice, and the display will adjust instantly.
Choosing the Language for Your Campaigns
Mailjet also offers multilingual options for your email campaigns. When creating a campaign in the Email Editor, you can choose the language for your campaign, which will affect the footer of the email and the unsubscribe page. This ensures your messages are appropriately localized for your audience.
The available campaign languages include:
- English
- French
- German
- Dutch
- Spanish
- Italian
- Swedish
- Portuguese
- Russian
- Japanese
- Latvian
- Icelandic
- Romanian
- Greek
- Arabic
- Slovak
- Czech
Setting the Language Without an Account
If you are not logged in or haven't created a Mailjet account yet, you can still change the display language. Simply hover your mouse over the globe icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and you can choose from one of these four languages:
- English
- French
- German
- Spanish
Mailjet is committed to making your experience as smooth and inclusive as possible, no matter where you are or which language you speak.
