Mailjet offers the following payment methods:
Credit Card
A standard payment option for subscriptions and additional services.
How to add a CC card to my account?
- If you’re adding a credit card for the first time, you will need to do this during the subscription process when signing up for a paid plan.
- If you already have a credit card on file, you can easily add a new one by navigating to My Account → Manage Your Payment Methods and clicking on 'Add New Payment Method'.
Wire Transfer
You can subscribe to a prepaid account with a minimum deposit of 50 USD/EUR/GBP. Your monthly subscription fee will be automatically deducted from your prepaid account.
Having a credit card added to your account is strongly recommended, even if you primarily use alternative payment methods. For example, if you incur additional costs, such as extra usage, and your prepaid account doesn’t have sufficient funds, your account may be temporarily blocked until you add credits. However, if a credit card is also added to your account, this blockage can be avoided as the credit card will cover any shortfall.
Once your payment is received, your purchase order will be validated, and you'll receive a confirmation email.
If you wish to cancel the purchase order, simply click ‘Cancel Order’.
